Age old tips for Fair Skin

Longing for some ancient tips that can add to the beauty of your skin? If you no longer wish to rely upon the chemicals, here are few alternatives for you:

Raw milk:

The skin must be cleansed on everyday basis to prevent the dust from getting accumulated. What better way than using the raw milk?  Take a glass bowl and add a teaspoon of raw milk to it along with a pinch of salt . Add a drop of lemon juice to it. Stir it well and apply it on your skin. Wash it after fifteen minutes. Your skin will be impurity free.

Gram flour paste:

This is available in most of the Indian houses. Gram flour is easily available in all the supermarkets and general stores. Take one teaspoon of gram flour in a glass bowl. Mix it with few drops of fresh lemon juice. Add a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Mix all the ingredients well and apply it on your face and neck. Leave it to dry for twenty minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.  You will see an instant glow on your skin. Follow it thrice a week for better results.

Multani Mitti:

It is popularly known as fuller’s earth. Take 2 teaspoons of multani mitti in a container. Add few drops of rosewater to it. Form it into a paste such that it can be easily applied on the skin. Leave it for 20 minutes and gently wash it off.  Do not forget to apply a moisturizer as the skin tends to dry up after this pack.

Cucumber juice:

This green veggie is a great source of vitamin. It cleanses the skin thoroughly.  Peel few slices of cucumber and extract the juice out of it. Add 2 drops of freshly extracted lemon juice to it. Stir it well. Dip a cotton ball into it and apply it on your skin. Leave it for fifteen minutes and wash it off with cold water. Follow it on regular basis to see a change in the skin.

Almond paste:

Almonds are a boon to skin and is a great source  of vitamin E. Take 2 teaspoons of raw milk in a bowl. Soak 2 almonds in it. Add 2 threads of saffron and leave it overnight. Peel the almonds in the morning and make a paste of it. Apply it on your skin and leave it for 30  minutes. You can massage it in circular movements so that the almond face pack is more effective. Wash it with lukewarm water. The skin will be instantly  glowing. Follow this procedure once in 3 days and see the change yourself.

Follow these simple and effective home remedies to bring the change in your skin texture, color and health of the skin. Do not forget to alter your diet. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet, drink plenty of water and do exercise.
