Add more water quantity:

Yes, it has been repeatedly told that water is beneficial to hair growth. Higher the water quantity in body, faster is the release of the toxins from the body. These toxins are harmful to the body. Increase your water intake and see the change over a period of time.

Add dietary supplements:

There is a high demand of proteins and vitamins in the body. The hair needs multiple vitamins to grow. Zinc and Omega-3 fatty acid has a major role to play in the hair growth. You can mix all the essential oils and use it for better results. Gently apply on your scalp and hair. Massage your scalp for next fifteen minutes. Let the oil be absorbed completely. Leave it for an hour and rinse it off.  Ensure that the oil is completely washed away from the hair. Follow hot oil massages twice a week.
